What about your access details?

Your current access login name and password stay the same as on the old site.

Are you a web developer who uses a developer discount?

Don't worry about that.
All users who were assigned to any developer group will not lose their permanent discount coupon to buy single templates.
Customers who were going to apply for permanent developer discount will not lose their purchase history. Just login to your account and enter "Your plans" area to see your previous purchase details.
Now the assignment to developer discount group is automatic, so you don't have to fill in any from to apply for it. read details here.

Has your download not expired yet?

Customers who bought the template in the last 7 days or still haven't download the package or would like to download it again, please inform us by leaving a ticket.
