Please be sure you read, understand and agree to the following terms of use before downloading or using any of Joomla-Monster.com templates or extensions. If you have any questions please use the forum or contact us using ticket system. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms of Use of Joomla-Monster.com and Design-joomla.eu without notice.

1. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Joomla-Monster.com. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

2. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove our copyright from the footer of the templates if needed. No use of our trademarks is granted under this Agreement. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

3. Unauthorized use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a CD, diskette, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Joomla-Monster.com. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

4. Updates

5. Refund policy

Since Joomla-Monster.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing the templates or extensions at our site. However, if the file you downloaded is corrupted please download the file once again, from the download area.
If the downloaded template does not work and your server meets recommended Joomla requirements contact us using ticket system, we will try to solve the problem and if this occur impossible, the cost of the template will be refunded.

6. License

Joomla-Monster templates are GPL compliant. All PHP portions of the templates and extensions are licensed under the GPL license. The non-compiled portions including images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript are licensed under the The "Joomla-Monster Proprietary Use License" in accordance with the rest of these Terms of Service.

7. Support

Joomla-Monster.com templates and extensions are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products.
The support is provided for active subscribers.
The support should be interpreted as: fixing our template bugs.
The support should not be interpreted as: providing Joomla training.

8. Registering at joomla-monster.com you agree to receive our newsletters. You can also unsubscribe.

9. Downloads

After purchasing the template you are allowed to download files during the subscription period.

We try to keep our terms as simple as possible.
Below there are few points that we stick to. If you have any problems or more question please contact us.

1. Code is delivered as it is.
2. In case of bugs - corrections will be made in 7 business days from the date of filing.
3. Forum is applicable only for products from our website.
4. We don’t share data entered by the customer, its only used for transaction purposes - all data is stored securely.
5. Sales system uses Cookies,  which are temporarily stored on the server.
6. We do not store any credit cards numbers or other financial data - we use secure ecommerce solution.
7. If not stated otherwise, you can use the templates provided by the shop for one domain (one-domain license) with the right to self-modifications, the purchase of a template is not synonymous with the transfer of copyright, whether the changes were made by the user or not.
